Dr. Parveen Hothi was born in England and raised in California. She attended the University of California, San Diego for her undergraduate and received degrees in Biology and Environmental Studies. After volunteering in Thailand and Laos during her junior year at UCSD, and working with elephants and Asian black bears, she knew she wanted to become a veterinarian. Beginning her veterinary medical journey, Dr. Hothi first attended Mt. San Antonio College for her degree in Registered Veterinary Technology. She then attended Veterinary Medical School at St. George’s University and completed her clinical training at The University of Florida. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery and preventative medicine. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, swimming, and cuddling up with her two kitties, Nugget and Oliver, watching Netflix!

“I really like that the doctors take the time to talk with me, explaining medical conditions, treatments, and answer the many questions I usually have. You can tell by the interactions that they truly care about your pets and a high level of compassion is always displayed.”
